Payment Methods:
Our preferred payment method is Paypal but we can accept postal orders by arrangement (UK ONLY).
All payments must be made in GBP.
We operate a recycling policy so you may find bubble wrap etc has been used previously.
For UK orders totalling over £36, we recommend that you purchase optional postal insurance - details upon request as we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE SELECTED THE CORRECT SHIPPING COSTS FROM THE 'SHIPPING EXTRAS' SECTION OR YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE PROCESSED!
Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs charges etc that may be incurred. Please also check with your local customs office if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time scale.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OVERSEAS ORDER ARE NOT TRACKED UNLESS YOU REQUEST THIS SERVICE AS AN 'EXTRA' AT TIME OF ORIGINAL ORDERING.

| Orders are sent within 2-10 working days. We aim to dispatch within this time scale (public holidays, strike etc exempt).
Order are sent to the address provided with your payment unless otherwise requested. We cannot take resposibility for orders, if the correct address details have not been specified at time of order. This applies to UK and Overseas orders.
We can only accept returns if the item is faulty at time of purchase - hand made to order items, cosmetics, essential oils & aromatherapy items etc and jewellery are included in this policy for hygiene reasons. Please check your order thoroughly on receipt.
Damages, faults and short falls must be reported immediately or a maximum of 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas buyers). After this time we will not consider exchange or replacement etc.

| UK: If, in the unfortunate event your item fails to be delivered, please check with your local sorting office first as postal workers do not always leave a card if they are unable to deliver. Items cannot be classed as ‘missing’ until 14 days have elapsed as per Royal Mail Policy.
It is essential you contact us before returning any item and you must include your name, customer number, date of purchase and reason for return in any correspondence.
Only the cost of the original item will be refunded or exchanged.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Replacement will be send second class.
OVERSEAS: Some countries may find that their orders are held by Customs - please check if your order does not arrive with you within a reasonable time scale as we cannot be held responsible for orders held with Customs etc.
