We cannot be held responsible for orders (or partial orders) which get lost or damaged after dispatch unless you have purchased insurance cover. We will,however assist with any claim you may need to make.

If insurance is purchased, loss or damage can only be replaced after insurance claim has been settled.

Dispatch of your order is anything upto 10 working days (especially if you require hand made items).

Please take into account rare occasions when orders can suffer delay due to unforseen events such as postal strikes etc.

If you are purchasing outside of the UK we strongly advise you obtain a postal quote before ordering if your order is likely to be over 2kg in weight - any postage costs you pay will not guarantee a particular service otherwise.

Returns will only be accepted on items which are faulty. Every item is double checked for faults before dispatch. Refunds are not permitted on certain items for hygeine reasons. For non-faulty returns you will be offered an alternative or your account will be credited.
